Welcome to the NEW!

Welcome to my 200+lbs life. What you should know is that I’ve struggle with my weight since I was a child. Yes, there were moments when I felt really good about my shape, but I have always ended up with weight that I didn’t need or want.

Enough is enough! It is time for positive change. I am working towards my yoga certification and my certification as a group fitness specialist. My goal for 2020-2021 is Improved wellbeing, incorporate a healthier lifestyle and to lose 100lbs. My mantra is, “One Day or Day One”.

As I begin this journey, I encourage you to check with your physician before embarking on this journey and to elevate yourself by participating. I look forward to YOU! Remember One Should Eat to Live, not Live to Eat.

Goal 1: My goals are to reach my ideal weigh of 140 lbs. within one year and commit to ACSM Guidelines for Optimal Health Benefits.

Goal 2: My goal is to make a lifestyle change regarding my eating habits. I want to limit fast foods. Limit my salt and sugar intake. Be accountable to what and how much I eat.


Goal 3: My goal is to commit to self care by taking time to meditate, practice yoga, and engage in expressive art techniques to release my creative self.
